North Luxury Group approached us as a new luxury concierge brand looking to establish credibility, clarity, and a strong digital presence from launch.

As a startup, they needed a visual identity and website that immediately positioned them within the premium space, while also functioning as a practical tool to convert visitors into enquiries. Our role covered full brand development and the design and build of a seamless website experience that would support their growth from day one.

The branding was built around restraint, confidence, and precision. The North Luxury Group logo was designed to feel timeless and assured, using a refined wordmark supported by a distinctive typographic detail.

The raised and reduced ‘o’ in North is positioned slightly above the baseline to subtly reference navigation and elevation, reinforcing the idea of “north” as a marker of aspiration, guidance, and higher standards. This small but deliberate detail adds character to the mark without compromising its elegance or versatility.

The accompanying monogram was created as a bold, recognisable brand stamp, allowing the identity to scale effortlessly across digital touchpoints, social assets, and future brand applications. The colour palette balances deep navy tones with warm neutrals, reflecting both trust and luxury, while maintaining a calm, considered aesthetic.

Large, immersive visuals were paired with minimal typography and generous spacing to give the content room to breathe. Clear calls to action were strategically placed to guide users towards enquiries without disrupting the browsing experience. The site was designed to feel fluid and effortless, allowing potential clients to understand the offering quickly and make contact with ease.
